Joe Burke, President and CEO, offers over 20 years experience in various capacities to include general business management, business development and strategic planning, sales management and product management, with several communication equipment manufacturers to include Corning, ADC and Superior TeleTec. He also served four years in the United States Army as a Field Artillery Officer specializing in nuclear weaponry systems.
Barley Laing, Managing Director-Europe, has over 20 years experience as an international strategic business leader in private and public sectors. His impressive track record in new product development and introduction entails cutting edge technology, telecoms, and optics. Creating and leading engineering teams worldwide, he has held executive positions with British Telecom, Shell, ADC Telecommunications, and Rank Xerox, as well as with smaller, privately funded entrepreneurial companies and the Department of Trade and Industry for the British Government.

Phil has established OEM agreements with major equipment suppliers and
master purchase agreements with companies providing video
security for infrastructure facilities.

Western Regional Sales Manager, over 15 years of sales
management and business development experience with commercial
security companies.
Nicole Cheschi, Controller, delivers more than 12 years of progressive success in accounting and finance, including revenue management for a $110 million company. With extensive experience in domestic and international accounting as well as government accounting and reporting, she has led several companies through growth, survival and turnaround.
Kevin Leary, Principal Engineer, presents 26 years of designing computer and telecommunications equipment while holding key positions in research and engineering. His expertise includes designing ALPHA processor-based computers for Digital Equipment Corp.; designing a high bandwidth networking infrastructure for a massively parallel super computer for Kendall Square Research; designing 10-gigabit ATM Switch Fabric for Quarry Technologies; designing an in-flight fiber optic networked embedded processor system controlling fuel distribution for Parker Aerospace.
Gary Johnson, Manager-Technical Support, presents 15 years experience in the networking and telecommunications industries. His previous positions include Senior Test Engineer for hardware and software quality assurance in startup enterprises as well as major companies, including Raytheon, 3Com and Corolis Networks. Gary has worked closely with business development managers to evaluate strategic technologies and has delivered rewarding investment outcomes. His role encompasses the coordination of activities among marketing, engineering and sales.
